I think my order is lost in transit.Updated 4 months ago

Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number and a link to the EZINK website. 

By following the link on our website, you’ll be able to get regular updates on the status of your order, including things such as estimated delivery dates, and delivery confirmation.

If your tracking number is not showing any updates on the website, please note it can take up to 24 hours for new scans to show up. It also may have missed a scan point, but is still moving through the system.
